Push Notifications (OneSignal)

To start sending push notifications you will need to connect your app to OneSignal, a free push notification service for websites and mobile applications.

Go to onesignal.com to log in or create an account if you don't already have one and follow the instructions below.

1. Add your app to OneSignal

After logging in or creating your account, click the Add a new app button on your OneSignal online dashboard.

Enter your app name and click on Create. Then, click the App Settings menu item on the left.

2. Get your OneSignal App Id

Once you are on the App Settings page, click the Keys & Ids tab above. In this section you will find your OneSignal App Id. Select and copy that number.

Go to your Worona Dashboard > Configure your site > Extensions > Push Notifications and paste your OneSignal App Id. Remember to hit Save after entering your id.

3. Configure your platforms

Go back to OneSignal. On the App Settings page again, click the Platformstab above.

Here you can configure the Apple iOS platform, the Google Android platform, or both.

Apple iOS

In order to configure the Apple iOS platform, you need to generate an iOS Push Certificate.

Google Android

If you want to configure the Google Android platform, you need to generate a Google Server API Key.
